I have been working with the IPG team for 8 years in many different roles. Mostly in the buying role where I send them detailed spec requirements for grinding work they do for our parts. We could send our work to other places but IPG holds the certifications necessary to do our work. Just as important is the relationship that we have with their “TEAM.” Everyone one from engineering to logistics and shipping play a vital role in making sure we get what we need when we need it. Communication plays a vital role as well. Not all news is good news but it must be communicated and they understand the urgency behind it all.
